Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with consultative sales. You are someone who enjoys working closely with veterinary professionals, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right diagnostic solutions for their practice.

You may come from a veterinary, technical, or medical device background and are comfortable explaining complex technologies in a clear, logical, and practical way. You thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment, confidently managing customers both independently and as part of a team. You are driven to build lasting relationships and play a key role in advancing veterinary care.

The Technical Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling advanced veterinary diagnostic imaging solutions to veterinary clinics across the Nordics. The role combines technical expertise, consultative sales, and customer support, ensuring clients receive the most appropriate imaging solutions for their clinical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with veterinary clinics and hospitals
  2. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  3. Build long-term relationships with veterinarians and practice managers
  4. Achieve sales targets for imaging systems, accessories, and software solutions
  5. Provide expert advice on veterinary imaging technologies including:
  6. Digital radiography
  7. Ultrasound systems
  8. Dental imaging
  9. Imaging software
  10. Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
  11. Support customers in selecting the most suitable solutions based on clinical needs
  12. Support equipment installation and system setup
  13. Deliver training to veterinary staff on equipment usage and imaging techniques
  14. Ensure customers maximise the value of the technology
  15. Work closely with service engineers to resolve technical issues
  16. Provide guidance on image quality optimisation and workflow
  17. Monitor industry trends and competitor products
  18. Gather feedback from veterinarians to support product development
  19. Participate in veterinary conferences, exhibitions, and industry events

Education and Qualifications:

  1. Degree or diploma in veterinary medicine, nursing, engineering, radiography, or similar field.
  2. Documented experience in medical or veterinary imaging equipment sales
  3. Education in sales
  4. Background in technology, technical support, or manufacturing
  5. Experience delivering face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations
  6. Pet friendly, not afraid of large animals, non-allergic to the same
  7. Being able to travel both on a planned bases as on a short notice
  8. Fluent in English and Swedish languages
  9. Driver’s license B
